Synchronized Supply Systems Ltd. is an Indian logistics company headquartered in Gurugram. Incepted in 2007 at the brink of the 3PL wave in the country, Synchronized was started with the vision to bring logistics efficiency and transparency to Indian businesses. Starting with a 1,000 sq ft warehouse in Mumbai, we have traversed a long journey to 30+ locations managing a total of 2.2 million sq ft of warehousing area.

In the year 2015, we took a strategic shift to become a technology-first 3PL organization when we found that none of the available logistics technology was made for the Indian environment and set out to build our own. Since then, we have developed a technology stack to cater to all major industries in India and have implemented it with a couple of our clients. Being a proprietary technology, we offer a high degree of customization capabilities leading to high operational efficiency and long-term cost-effectiveness to clients.

We have been able to get some of the best supply chain professionals in the industry and offer the best in the industry work environment for their growth as a professional. ISHAAN SINGH BEDI

Chief Executive Officer

Since founding Synchronized in 2007, Ishaan has spearheaded the company keeping it ahead of the curve. It is his vision that has led the organisation in taking a tech-focussed approach and building a proprietary tech platform. He is primarily focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with clients. He has substantiated his farsightedness as a leader in abetting and providing direction and strategising to facilitate and enable growth and business agility.

AMIT KUMAR GUPTA

Vice President- Key Accounts

Amit is an old hand at tech-driven third- party logistics, owing to an extensive experience of over 20 years in supply chain managing, sales, and account management for pan-India logistics services. With a knack for identifying opportunities amidst challenges, he is an accomplished business leader steering the strong tech-driven 3PL process and capitalising on its strengths.

AJAY RAZDAN

Head - Warehouse Operations

Ajay comes backed with a solid 26+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management. His long and intense experience Handling large-scale operations comes in handy in ensuring an optimal environment for downstream Operations to flow smoothly In addition. He is adept at managing complex operations and leading them to Record performance levels of inventory, storage and distribution.

SACHIN KUMAR PATHAK

Head - National Distribution

The distribution operations at Synchronized fall under Sachin’s guidance. His role has been pivotal in achieving high service delivery levels for improved customer satisfaction. He has been intrumental in efficient management of the fleet and scaling it to newer levels. He has been associated with Synchronized since 2013.

SUNIL KUMARI

Head - Human Resource

Sunil Kumari has over 17 years of extensive experience in the EPC Sector. With a specific interest in Organizational Behavioural Dynamics and Interventions, she specializes in Talent Management, payroll & compliance, Performance Management systems, and IR.
She is a Postgraduate in Business Administration and Certified HRBP and Six Sigma Green Belt.

KESHAV KAKKAR

Head - Technology

Keshav’s connate understanding of tech strategies has made him a gifted professional in engineering plans of action that align perfectly with business visions and goals. He spearheads the technology team with a proven ability in nurturing and leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams.
