Distribution Management System



Transportation in the Indian environment has traditionally been very tough and extremely complex. We have addressed this through technology. Our Distribution Management System (DMS) covers the entire chain of distribution from Order booking to invoicing. Some of the problems we’ve solved include increased vehicle availability through peak season, express transit times on all deliveries, OTIF% higher than 98.5%, and complete visibility of all transactions.



Distribution Dashboard

Our distribution dashboards are designed keeping the customers needs in mind. They are designed, not to overload the customer with information yet keep all important information available within a click. Detailed information about the vehicle location, vehicle info, driver info and documentation is available. The ability to get sms’s on critical shipments is available to the customer on a click and if the customer is also a warehousing customer then the visibility of the entire gamut of operations is available together.



Order Booking App

We enable our customers and our teams to book orders on the move. Booking a vehicle now is easier than booking an air ticket. This allows us to get orders quicker into our systems and ensure timely placement of those vehicles. Further the backward integrated E-waybill process makes the dispatch process much simpler and our teams can dispatch the vehicles without a worry of error.



Partner App

Once the orders are in our system, we begin the deployment. Not all vehicles are deployed with our owned fleet, and some are sourced from our preferred partners. Our partners are preselected on a detailed criterion to ensure service consistency and continuity to our customers. To increase availability for the customers, our partner app enables our partners to directly book orders with vehicles which are pre-verified and ensure immediate placement. The entire placement, dispatch, transit and delivery is through the system, that ensures high service levels.



Driver App

The frontline of our entire distribution capability rests on our Drivers. We have placed them first. Our drivers are provided with a tool that makes their tough lives easier. It enables easy information on the loads, transits and routes to enable to get to the loading point and destination in time. Further the app allows them to keep a track on maintenance fuel balances.
