Synchronized Supply Systems Ltd. is an Indian logistics company headquartered in Gurugram. Incepted in 2007 at the brink of the 3PL wave in the country, Synchronized was started with the vision to bring logistics efficiency and transparency to Indian businesses. Starting with a 1,000 sq ft warehouse in Mumbai, we have traversed a long journey to 30+ locations managing a total of 2.2 million sq ft of warehousing area.

In the year 2015, we took a strategic shift to become a technology-first 3PL organization when we found that none of the available logistics technology was made for the Indian environment and set out to build our own. Since then, we have developed a technology stack to cater to all major industries in India and have implemented it with a couple of our clients. Being a proprietary technology, we offer a high degree of customization capabilities leading to high operational efficiency and long-term cost-effectiveness to clients.

We have been able to get some of the best supply chain professionals in the industry and offer the best in the industry work environment for their growth as a professional. Since founding Synchronized in 2007, Ishaan has spearheaded the company keeping it ahead of the curve. It is his vision that has led the organisation in taking a tech-focussed approach and building a proprietary tech platform. He is primarily focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with clients. He has substantiated his farsightedness as a leader in abetting and providing direction and strategising to facilitate and enable growth and business agility.

Mohit Jain is a seasoned logistics and supply chain expert with over 29 years of experience in business development, operations, and strategic growth, he has successfully led start-ups and expansion-focused organizations across diverse industries like automotive, telecom, FMCG, and IT. Renowned for his leadership and customer-centric approach, he excels in optimizing processes and achieving organizational goals. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Mr. Rajesh brings over 15 years of experience in business acquisition, channel network management, and team leadership. He has consistently driven sales growth and profitability for prominent logistics companies. Throughout his career, he has led successful acquisition initiatives, built high-performing teams, and streamlined channel and network structures. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and Technology.

Sunil Kumari has over 17 years of extensive experience in the EPC Sector. With a specific interest in Organizational Behavioural Dynamics and Interventions, she specializes in Talent Management, payroll & compliance, Performance Management systems, and IR.
She is a Postgraduate in Business Administration and Certified HRBP and Six Sigma Green Belt.
