• Rising Manual/computerised Billty/LR Docket for every consignment Booked.
• Filling all the details in the given columns of manual LR copy
• Arranging vehicle at customer location for door pickups
• Responsible for all bookings
• Collecting and checking all the related document thoroughly booking
• i.e. Eway bill road permits
• invoice copy
• GSTIN and so on
• Responsible to check the type of materials
• Material should be booked in the concerned senior staff
• Material should be booked with paper counting add 2% FOV (Freight on value) on expensive products
• To-pay basis and to be billed basis kindly give proper attention for consignment booked on COD, DOD, DACC basis
• Low weight and large size product have to booked according CFT calculation
• Special attention should be given on payment modes and booked accordingly i.e. paid basis
