We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Transportation Experience – 3 to 7 Years preferably in Logistics Remuneration- Up to 6 Lpa Position – Manager – Key Accounts Location- Gurgaon Qualification – Graduate/MBA

Key Responsibility

  • Job Profile 1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company 2. Resolving key client issues and complaints 3. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs in terms of product ,logistics , Turn around Time, location , tonnage, vehicle types , movements, 4.Managing communications between key clients and internal teams ( Fleet , Traffic) 6. Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance 7. Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling. 8. Meeting all client needs and deliverable according to proposed timelines
