• Ensuring New on board customer’s satisfaction by giving them on time solution of all the issues. • Business development from major accounts and from the new on board. • Solutions oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills. • Successfully and consistently delivering responsibilities in the domains of Logistics Solutions & Warehousing for major Account Handling. • Responsible for entire new business development for North zone • Monitor market intelligence within industry in terms of market Development. • New projects initiative and execution, competitive activity. • Monthly presenting the service performance Report (SPR) of all major accounts. • Monitoring warehouse operations at multi locations in coordination with operations team. • KPI monitoring & adherence. • SOP implementation & monitoring the process. • Team Management • Budget planning short term & long term and control on revenue for contract logistics. • Handling operational & business escalations with customers. • Costing & solution designing for new businesses.
