Roles and Responsibilities To manage the human resource and administration function ACROSS PAN INDIA . Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department account abilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations. Develop/integrate new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures in order to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, cost effective, aligned with Company's policies and business objectives, and provide the ability to attract and retain key talent. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, communicating, and enforcing organization Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees. Heads activities of the Administration unit and staff to ensure maximum availability of the Company's resources. Can handle a team a team of 10 people including manager . Participates in negotiations to ensure assets and services are procured at the best price for the Company.
