||Job Description for Regional manager || Operations Managing the Day-to-Day operations of all Region warehouses Plan and manage operational policies, SOP, and strategies in a given region Ensure 100% KPI green of each customer Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet Customer KPI Ensure 100% Inventory in each warehouse, daily cycle count process, Monthly Ensure required MIS to all the customer as per the required time Ensure monthly KPI review with customer Ensure 100% WMS in customers Any other work related to operations Trainings Regularly Providing Trainings of the team Training of SOP/ Company policy Training of 5S, Kaizen, CIP Trainings of Safety and security POD/LR is updated till last day. Any other trainings assigned by the company Compliance & Project Ensure all Compliance followed in warehouse Ensure proper Project impermanent support in warehouse Infra Ensure all facilities infra must be operational every time Followed daily check list related infra and quick resolution of the open tasks
