On Boarding new FTL client's month over month.
Ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent service delivery
To Manage all sales activities of the company product s -3pl FTL Transportation.
Participate in RFQ'S regularly and quote as per company process within a time frame.
Signed contract for a longer period with a clearly mentioned SOP
Focus of Strategic sale to generate indents on empty lanes.
Generate maximum leads from existing clients as well as new clients.
On-time resolution of client issues.
To conduct contract price negotiations with customers as per established policies .
Presenting monthly performance reports (SPR) to customers.
Responsible for entire new business development OF FTL for North zone.
Support if sales leads generated by other collogues and assist to close the deal.
Keep abreast with the business trends/ new market opportunities.
